All sales of roasted coffee are final as our products are food items. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We seal all coffee bags with nitrogen to ensure freshness for 3-6 months if unopened. Once opened, freshness lasts up to 14 days, depending on whether the coffee is whole bean or ground and the storage conditions.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your information, including email addresses and payment information, for transaction purposes and communication regarding your orders.
