Shipping Destinations:
Hacienda San Pedro ships both domestically and internationally. While our primary destinations include the United States, Canada, and Mexico, we are able to accommodate shipping to additional international locations. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response to email inquiries.
Processing Times:
Orders are processed within one to three business days, subject to availability and verification. Processing times are calculated based on business days, which are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed on the next available business day. If a holiday falls on a Monday or Friday, that day is excluded from the processing window.
Shipping Methods and Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Hacienda San Pedro utilizes several carriers, including but not limited to USPS, and Island-Wide for local deliveries within Puerto Rico. The specific carrier used will be determined by the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Wholesale Shipping:
Hacienda San Pedro offers wholesale shipping for green and roasted coffee products, available by the pallet or bag. Wholesale services are extended to coffee shops, restaurants, retailers, and other qualifying businesses. Shipping rates for wholesale orders will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment. Shipping Requirements:
Hacienda San Pedro strongly prefers shipping to Google-verified addresses to ensure delivery accuracy. Shipping to non-verified addresses may delay shipment processing and increase the risk of delivery issues.
Tracking Information:
Upon shipment, tracking information will be provided to the customer via email or text message, depending on the selected notification preference. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment as it moves towards its final destination.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost due to carrier fault, Hacienda San Pedro will issue a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer. If the delivery issue is attributable to incorrect information provided by the customer or the customer’s failure to receive the package, Hacienda San Pedro will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damages. The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that accurate delivery information is provided at the time of the order and for receiving the shipment at the designated location.
